Refund Policy

Planners:

Planner orders will be processed and shipped 24/48 hours after order is placed. Buyer will select either shipping option or local delivery. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping via UPS. Covid-19 has delayed shipping. If you have not received your planner after 10 days, please contact synergizingresultsllc@gmail.com. At this time, customer will be provide with tracking number. A refund may be granted if planner has not been shipped. Customer will pay a $9.99 restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. Once planner is shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Coaching/Consulting Services:

In order to receive coaching/consulting services, clients must book an initial consultation. Once consultation is booked, the fee is non-refundable. If a client is no call/no show, payments are forfeited and client must pay an additional $100 fee, in addition to rate, to re-book an appointment. 2 no call/no shows will result in payments being forfeited as well as customer being restricted from booking any further appointments. Coaching calls and time starts at appointment time. If client is late more than 15 minutes, appointment and fee is forfeited and client must rebook appointment at an additional fee unless written permission exists outside of this policy. Clients may reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of booking. If for any reason the consultant is unable to make the appointment, client may reschedule or request a refund. Classes

All classes are final sale. In the event there are technical difficulties, client may receive a credit towards another product or services; however, payment for classes are non-refundable. All communication should be emailed to synergizingresultsllc@gmail.com.
